Goats

Researchers use goats in the same ways as sheep and rabbits, e.g. to produce antibodies.
After goats have been given a foreign substance, antibodies produced by the immune system can be cleaned from the blood. The antibodies are then used in research to analyse which substances are contained in the sample.
